I’m Daniëlle and I am the author of this blog.
During one lazy summer I decided to throw out my cake mixes and start baking from scratch.
What happend was that I got completely obsessed with baking and soon I was making notes to all my recipes and taking pictures of the goods that I had baked to show to my friends and family.
On February 4th, 2009 I started a blog called Paris Pastry, at www.parispastry.blogspot.com.
The response I got was overwhelming yet encouraging, and it has blossomed into the website that it is today.
In June 2012, Paris Pastry became ParisLovesPastry.com.
